“ChengYing" brand WM series surface coating is applied to inner lining paper and tongue card products to provide color and protect the performance of aluminum layer. WY is used in cigarette packaging and social products to provide the performance of coloring and printing ink.

Application Process
1)Environment of the workshop：Temperature around 25℃, relative humidity (RH) ≤60%;
2)Coating process: Roller coating, coating dry weight between 0.8-1.2g/㎡, coating wet weight between 4-6/㎡.
3) Drying temperature between 85-120℃，5 ovens, drying time between 7-10s, depends on the structure and speed of the oven.
4) The product can be used with dyestuff. The raw solution can be diluted with a mixed solution of ethanol and water, and add color paste after stirring. Or add the color paste directly without dilution; use up the product as soon as possible after adding the color paste, leave for no more than three days.
