Application Process
1)Environment of the workshop：Temperature between 15- 25℃, relative humidity (RH) between 45-60%;
2) Drying temperature: Frist section between 70-85℃，middle two section no more than 155℃.
3)Coating machine speed: 5 ovens, 90-110m/min is recommended, 4 ovens, 80-100m/min is recommended.
4) Coating dry weight: 1.2-1.35g/㎡ is recommended.
5)Coating roller: 150-180 mesh ceramic roller, wet coating amount 7.5-8.5g
6）Diluent and dilution ratio: fast drying solvent ethyl acetate and butanone, medium and slow drying solvent n-propyl acetate, the recommended dilution ratio is 5-10%, fast and slow drying ratio is 3/1, in high wet weather, can be appropriately increase the slow drying ratio;
